Man sieht hier das anteriore und posteriore Segel der Trikuspialklappe und die linke und rechte Tasche der Pulmonalklappe.
Die spiegelbildliche Anlotung erhält man ohne Rechts-Flexion, dafür mit CW-Rotation und Ebenen-Rotation um 100 Grad.
