IVRT wird im 5-Kammerblick mittels CW-Doppler bestimmt. Dabei wird die Laufgeschwindigkeit auf 100 mm/sec eingestellt. Gemessen wird die Zeit von Aortenklappenschluss bis Mitralklappenöffnung.
